  • Damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the user.
  • Traffic violations, challans, or penalties during usage are the user’s responsibility.
  • Vehicles must be returned in agreed condition and time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Logo
  • Software
  • Designs
  • Text
  • Images

are the intellectual property of Fleetonclick India Pvt Ltd.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
  • We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

11. Indemnification
